CoFolder is provided free of charge for personal and business use. All rights to the software remain with the provider (see Impressum). You may not reverse-engineer, modify, sublicense, or redistribute CoFolder without prior written permission.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the folders you share and the codes you distribute. Only share folders with people you trust. Once a collaborator has access, they can read and — depending on your settings — modify the shared files.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the provider be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software, including data loss. Keep backups of important files.

Acceptable use

Do not use CoFolder to distribute malicious software or content that violates applicable law.

Distribution

Official installers are distributed only via the download links on this website and the project's GitHub Releases page. Installers from other sources are not covered by these terms and should be treated as untrusted.
